Legal Counsel - Jakarta

Role Purpose
- Assistance in negotiating, structuring, and drafting agreements and/or other documents related to areas of responsibility
- Assistance in preparing advise for senior management regarding strategic business decisions
- Assisting in ensuring operational documents needed for operational activities are in compliance to prevailing regulations
- Supporting other groups within the company in their operational activities
- Assisting Manager Legal in liaising with local and international external legal counsels as needed
- Assisting in providing legal support to subsidiaries for their corporate matters

Experiences & Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor of Law Degree with at least 2 years experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel
- Familiar with company laws, banking & finance laws, investment laws, telecommunication laws, manpower laws, intellectual property laws, securities & capital market regulations
- Proficiency in English
