• At least 2 years in pre-school industry in a similar position (Principal) 
• At least 1 year in pre-school industry in a similar position (Teacher) 
• At least a bachelor degree holder from a reputable university. 
• Articulate and confident in English or Mandarin spoken communication and written skill (to liaise with associate). 
• Demonstrate strong leadership skill ( Principal ). 
• Demonstrate good communication skill. 
• Demonstrate strong passion about children well-being. Proficiency in MS-WORD and EXCEL. 
• Demonstrate effective team leadership, passionate and energetic. 
• Excellent execution skills and can work with minimal supervision. 

• Committed to the development and teaching of pre-school children. 
• Responsible for English Curriculum (Principal).  
• Manage the whole school operations (Principal). 
• Build and maintain good rapport and communication with parents and staff (Principal). 
• Manage the school marketing program (Principal). 
• Engage and motivate children through play and hands on activities. 
• Plan and conduct lessons according to school’s curriculum. 
• Maintenance of classroom in optimum working and learning environment. 
• Plan and organize school events for festive season and other celebrations.
