Job Responsibilities
- Analysis of the company's business interests with regard to information and information technology, to identify potential risks associated with the management of information in companies
- Formulate policy, the standard procedure of an information management and information technology in the company
- Doing the coordination to ensure compliance in penggelolaam information and information technology
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT / Computer - Network / System / Database Admin or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities
- Candidate must provide administration support to Planning and Control Department
- Ensure prompt and acurate shipping datum are entered into the Pit to Port system to allow prompt ETA update and subsequent loading plan
- Compile performance report from P&C and PO monthly to be reviewed by P&C Department Head
- Handle administration duties (travel booking request, expenses report, mails, filing documents, meeting, etc.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
