Mechanic - Truck/Mekanik - Truk  

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition. 
  • Adjust and reline brakes, align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment. Raise trucks and heavy parts or equipment using hydraulic jacks or hoists. 
  • Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery. 
  • Test drive trucks and buses to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly. Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices. 
  • Attach test instruments to equipment, and read dials and gauges to diagnose malfunctions. 
  • Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers, motor analyzers, chassis charts, and pressure gauges.
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain automotive and mechanical equipment and machinery such as pumps and compressors.  
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. 
  • Required skill(s): truck maintenance, Truck Repair. 
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Maintenance/Repair of Automotive or equivalent.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
  • Menerima order dari Customer Service 
  • Pemilahan order berdasarkan area, muatan dan unit 
  • Update realisasi hasil pemilahan ke sistem 
  • Menyerahkan / menginformasikan hasil ke bagian Trucking 
KUALIFIKASI :
  • Pria, Maksimum 35 thn 
  • Pendidikan Min.D3 Management Transportasi 
  • Pengalaman Min.2thn di transportasi 
  • Menguasai Ms Office Khususnya Excell 
  • Mengerti area Pangkan Kerinci (rute jalan)

SERVICE ADVISOR (PKB)

DESCRIPTION :
  • A SERVICE ADVISOR works with customers to schedule service work and communicate any additional service needed. 
  • Service advisor also handle the administrative and customer relations aspects of service department operations. 
  • His main job is to interprete customer concerns and comments for the technician, so that the technician will diagnose problems correctly. Then he translates the technician’s findings, which may be very complex, into language the customer will understand. 
  • Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information. 
  • Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order. Referring the technician to the customer and/or test-driving the vehicle to confirm source(s) of service repairs. 
  • Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer’s schedule. Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. 
  • Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed.  
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci - Pekanbaru . 
  • Preferably Supervisor / Senior Staff specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent. 
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
