ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• You will be responsible to provide technical support and maintain products’ on customer’s site. 
• Your work hours will be based on shifts. 
• You will work in teams to provide the best technical support on customer experience. 
• Your responsibilities and activities include: 

a. Monitor the system performance
b. Collaboratively detect and solve issues that occurred on production system.
c. Participate in both on-site and on-call technical support based on night or day shift work.
d. Write technical documents and reports for customer.
e. Communicate knowledge and solutions to customer.

Required Competencies 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer engineering, or other software development related major. 
• Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities 
• Had experiences with Unix/Linuxplatform and shell scripting (sh, bash, korn and perl are preferred). Understanding of TCP/IP and applications (Telnet, SSH, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) and Packet Analyzer are preferred) 
• Had experiences with database administration and SQL (Oracle and MySQL are preferred). 
• Strong communication skills 
• Good time management
