Sales Data Analytic (14031095) - Jakarta 

Description 
  • Perform data reporting and analysis for all front-liners achievement. 
  • Responsible for other duties as required by business 
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor and / or Master Degree from any discipline, but preferably Computer Science or Management Information System 
  • Adequate programming skills such as SAS, SQL, and VB.net, and also advance skill set in Microsoft Excel 
  • Analytical and detail oriented 
  • Well organized, taking initiative, working independently, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to partner and sustain positive working relationship with both managers and employees.
  • Strong partnership with Sales Performance unit to ensure the smooth process is in place 

Program Coordinator (14031093) - Jakarta 

Description 
  • Manage resourcing activities and manpower management 
  • Improve strategic resourcing and chanelling 
  • Ensure program activities are aligned with Citibank policies and existing manpower regulation law
  • Engage with authorized parties in solving manpower / industrial relation cases 
  • Construct a mutual and strong relationship with respective business and ensure all business' necessities are well provided 
  • Maintain and analyze resourcing data

Qualifications 
  • Hold a minimum of Bachelor (Strata 1) degree from reputable university 
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years experiences in recruitment 
  • Analytical thinking and strong in MS Excel 
  • Knowledge in Manpower Regulation Law 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal 
  • Preferably experienced in human resources management 

Sales Training Manager (14029738) - Jakarta 

Description 
  • Plan, design and develop annual training schedule and programs according to business’ needs as well as position & level needs 
  • Ensure that induction and mandatory training programs are implemented for unified sales team as required 
  • Work closely with respective Subject Matter Experts and trainers (coming from across functions) to ensure that the programs offered are relevant and updated 
  • Organize and coordinate training delivery and implementation to ensure the effectiveness of the training 
  • Review, amend and revise program materials as necessary, in order to adapt to the necessary changes
  • Design and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs implemented and recommend the follow up actions to be taken for improvement programs 
  • Liaise with Product Owner to get the updated promotion program and changes and 
  • Become product champion to get the updated program / promotion updates from Product owner and distribute to the business units accordingly 
  • Liaise with approved vendor in organizing sales academy programs as necessary 
  • Develop trainers pool of unified sales by identifying qualified trainers from across functions to effective training implementation 
  • Ensure the training budget is allocated for all sales academy program offered and tracked / monitored the expenses 
  • Ensure that training database and documentation is properly managed, especially for audit related matters 
  • Review, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales progress performance and achievement against the determined sales target and / or sales drive 
  • Ensure sales certification program is properly implemented 
  • Responsible for other duties as required by business 
Qualifications 
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience 
  • Min. S1 
  • Fluent in English 

Trade & Clearing Staff (14030119) - Jakarta 

Description 
  • Process all clearing transactions as required by Bank Indonesia 
  • Verify and reconcile outstanding GL 
  • Escalate any special issues to higher authority 
  • Ensures compliance to all Citibank policies / compliance / procedures and other regulatory requirements to protect both bank’s and customers assets.
